Shopping with JAhairgrips
JAhairgrips online offers customers the chance to make purchases via the web site.
You can select as many boxes of grips as you like. There are 3 different colours
to choose from in blonde, brown and black.

How to order
Purchasing on the JAhairgrips web site is simple, quick and secure.
Browse through the online store looking at the products available.
To add a product to your order, click on the "add to basket" button beside the product.
This places the item in your shopping basket. To see what you have in your shopping
basket, simply click on the 'View Basket' tab at the top of the page.
To remove a product from your basket click on the red cross next to the "Qty" box.
You can also change the quantity you require for each product. Don’t forget to click
"update order" to re-calculate the basket totals.
When you have added to your basket all the grips you wish to buy, you will be ready
to complete your order.
Please check that you’ve selected the required quantity in your basket. Check the
total value of your order, including delivery. If you have any specific delivery
instructions, enter them in the box provided and click on the "update order" button
beneath.
If you have not already registered with us before you will be guided through a simple
registration process, where we collect your name and address details. Your information
will be held securely, so you won’t have to enter it again next time you visit JAhairgrips
online. If this is your first order, once you have given us your details you will
return to see your complete order.
Information about our customers is carefully protected as required by data protection
and consumer legislation.
If you want to send your order to a new address that we haven’t used for you before,
click on "change delivery address".
When you are happy with your order, click "order now." You will then be passed to
a secure ordering page where you provide your credit or debit card number details.
You will be asked to enter your card type, card number, expiry date, issue number
(debit cards only) and 3-digit card security code.
Take care to enter your card details correctly. Click "confirm order" and you will
see an order confirmation page. Print your order confirmation, or make a note of
your order number. Your order will be acknowledged by e-mail shortly afterwards.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch/Maestro and Solo cards. If you would
like to pay by cheque, this is fine, just call us on 020 7722 9851 and we
will guide you through the ordering process. (Please note: we must have cleared
funds before goods are dispatched).
Exchanges and Refunds
We will refund the cost of carriage and send you a new batch of grips only if your
plastic box is faulty or damaged or if it is not what you ordered. However, we will
require you to cover the cost of return in all other circumstances, and in addition
your original delivery charge will not be refunded. If you choose to return the
items to JAhairgrips please allow up to 10 days for us to resend the new grips.
If you have any problems concerning the damaged goods, please give us a call and
we will exchange them as soon as possible.
